Mykhanova Zh.B. began her professional career in 1993 at the Dzhambul Hydro-Reclamation Institute. From 1994 to 1996, she worked at the Kyzylorda Institute of Agricultural Engineers as a lecturer at the Russian Language Department. In 1996, he became a lecturer at the Department of Practical Russian Language Course at Zhambyl University. Since 01. 09. 1999 - Senior lecturer at the Department of «Practical course of the Russian language» of the M. H. Dulati Taraz State University, Taraz Pedagogical Institute. Since 09/01/2013, he has been a lecturer at M. H. Dulati Taraz University, where he trains students of linguistic and non-linguistic specialties, including teaching Russian as a foreign language.

 In 2013, she received a master's degree in Pedagogy and psychology. Currently, he works at M. H. Dulati Taraz University as a senior lecturer at the Department of Russian Language and Literature. He regularly improves his skills in leading higher education institutions and educational centers in Kazakhstan, mastering modern methods of inclusive education, corpus linguistics and digital learning technologies.
