At the M.H. Dulaty Taraz University (NPJSC), in accordance with Order No. 42 dated January 29, 2026, issued by the Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a Dissertation Council has been established in the field of training 8D072 – Manufacturing and Processing Industries. The Dissertation Council is authorized to accept and conduct the defense of doctoral dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) within the educational programs: 8D07212 – Innovative Textiles and 8D07211 – Leather Products Industry.
