In 2009–2010, worked as a lecturer at the Department of Natural Sciences, Taraz Innovation and Humanities University.

In 2010–2017, held the position of Senior Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and MТМ, Taraz State Pedagogical Institute.

In 2017–2020, worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and MТМ, Taraz State Pedagogical University.

In 2020–2021, worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics in Education, M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University.

In 2021–2024, worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics, M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz Regional University.

Since 2024, has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics, M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

Delivers lectures in such disciplines as Differential Equations, Mathematical Analysis, Equations of Mathematical Physics, and others.

Total teaching experience is 18 years. R. Ryskeldikyzy combines teaching with scientific and methodological activities. In 2013–2015, 2018–2020, and 2020–2022, she participated as a researcher in grant-funded projects supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She is the author of approximately 30 scientific publications.
