From 1996 to 2002, she worked as a teacher of the highest category in mathematics in secondary school No. 25 of the city of Taraz.

In 2003, she worked as an assistant, teacher, senior lecturer at the Department of Theoretical Physics of Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati and since 2012 at the Department of Physics and MPF of Taraz State Pedagogical University,

In 2018, she entered the doctoral program of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University under the educational program 6D011000 - "Training Physics Teachers" in the target area and successfully completed her studies in 2021. From the 2021-2022 academic year, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Physics and Informatics of the Taraz (Regional) University named after M.Kh. Dulati.

In 2014, she completed an international scientific internship on the topic "Innovative methods and technologies of practice-oriented education at German universities" at the International Academy of Management and Technology (INTAMT) in Dusseldorf, Germany. In 2024, with the participation of professors DR. Saktioto and DR. Okfalisa from the University of Riau (Malaysia), an internship was held on the topic "General and Theoretical Physics." In 2022, with the participation of Professor Kazhukauskas Vaidotas from Vilnius University (Lithuania), she completed an internship on the topics "Big Bang Theory," "Large Hadron Collider" and "Application of Organic Photovoltaics."

In 2023, she completed a scientific internship on the topic "Physics lessons at school: priorities and strategies for improvement" at the Center for Pedagogical Excellence "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools." He is engaged in innovative methods of teaching physics, modern approaches, as well as advanced training. She developed lecture courses and guidelines for bachelors studying in the direction of training physics teachers.

Work experience 29 years. She was awarded letters of thanks from the faculty of Taraz State Pedagogical University, Taraz (regional) University named after M.Kh. Dulati and the regional education department as well as the Certificate of Honor of the National Innovative Research Center "Bilim-Orkeniet."
