In 2000-2002, she worked as a computer science teacher at the Tole bi Gymnasium No. 8 in Taraz.

Since 2002, he has been working at the M.H. Dulati Taraz State University, holding positions of lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor.

In 2018, she entered the doctoral program of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai and successfully graduated in 2021.

In 2024, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan "For services to higher and postgraduate education", in 2025 — a letter of appreciation from the Department of Education of the Akimat of Zhambyl region.
