In 1993-1994 he worked as a mathematics teacher at Zhambyl secondary school No. 5, in 1994-2004 he worked as a teacher at the Department of Information Systems at the Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati, in 2004-2019 he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Informatics and meat of the Taraz Pedagogical Institute, in 2019-2024 he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Physics and Informatics, in 2024-2025.he worked as the head of the Department of physics and computer science.  At the moment, M. H. He works as a senior lecturer of the Department of Physics and informatics of Taraz university named after Dulaty.

Author of 2 textbooks, 2 manuals, 2 copyright certificates. Developed lecture courses for bachelors. Work experience 33 years. He was awarded a certificate of Honor by the Kazakhstan branch Trade Union of workers of educational and educational science and higher education. There are letters of thanks.
