From 2012 to 2015, worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of History of Taraz State Pedagogical Institute.

In 2015, was awarded a PhD scholarship in the specialty 6D011400 – History and was admitted to the doctoral program at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. Successfully completed doctoral studies in 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, was on maternity leave.

From 2021 to 2022, worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of History and Geography, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, M. Kh. Dulati Taraz Regional University (Taraz).

On July 4, 2022, successfully defended her doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 6D011400 – History at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University on the topic:
“The History of Vocational Pedagogical Educational Institutions (on the Example of the Zhetysu and Syrdarya Regions).”

Since 2022, she has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of History and Geography in Education, Taraz University named after M. Kh. Dulati.
