Began her professional career on January 3, 2001 as a Lecturer at the Department of Ecology and Biology, Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati.
In 2002, she became a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Ecology and Geography.
Since September 2004, she has worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Geography and Ecology, Taraz State Pedagogical University.
From 2004 to 2005, she served as Deputy Dean for Student Affairs at the Faculty of History and Geography, Taraz State Pedagogical University.
From 2006 to 2009, she served as Deputy Dean for Academic and Methodological Work at the Faculty of History and Geography.
From 2007 to 2017, she held the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Geography and Ecology.
From 2017 to 2019, she served as Head of the Department of Geography and Ecology.
Since September 2019, she has worked as Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Chemistry and Geography, Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulati.
Since September 2021, she has served as Acting Associate Professor at the Department of History and Geography, Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulati.
Since September 2023, she has been working as Acting Associate Professor at the Department of History and Geography in Education, Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulati.
