E.S. Shmakova's professional career began in 1998-2001 years as the teacher of Russian language and literature  at the secondary school №36  in Taraz. Since 2007 till 2001 years he worked as the Senior Lecturer at the department dor Foreign languahes at Zhambyl humanitarian- technical university. Since 2009 till 2010 years he taught such disciplines as «Psychology»,  «Methodics of  teaching of foreign languages». He could get the first category. At that moment he is working as the Senior Lecturer at the department for Russian language and literature of Taraz University named after M.Kh.Dulaty. He always studied at different thematical courses on a level of Republic. He is an author of text book «Terminological dictionary of culture of speech and stylictic». He pays his attention on scientific-research activity of students. His students regularly participates at different thematical contemps and also they get some prizes.        

She regularly improves her qualifications at leading universities and centers in Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan, mastering modern methods of inclusive education, corpus linguistics, and digital teaching technologies.
