Currently, the activity of the Department is characterized by a constant growth of scientific and pedagogical potential, the presence of research centers equipped with modern equipments. The Department and the University's Scientific library have extensive advanced training and scientific-technical literature, the majority of which was developed by professors and teachers of the Department. All activities of the Department aimed at implementing study programs are carried out in accordance with the aims and objectives of the national education system, the development plan of the country and region. The mission of the study program is to train qualified specialists in the field of Philology and journalism in accordance with modern home and international criteria, as well as to create a scientific, intellectual, informational and cultural environment in Zhambyl region.
