I, Abilkhan Kilibayevich Sadibayev, was born on March 15, 1967, in Dermene village, Arys district, Turkestan region, Kazakhstan.
In 1984, I graduated from A.S. Pushkin Secondary School.
From August 31, 1984, to May 1985, I worked as a mechanic (fitter) at the mechanical workshop of the “Temirzholshy” state farm of the Shymkent division of the Almaty Railway.
From May 1985 to June 1987, I served in the Soviet Army.
On August 22, 1987, I was admitted as a first-year student to the Zhambyl Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry, majoring in “Machines and Apparatus of Food Production.” On June 23, 1992, I graduated with honors and received the qualification of Mechanical Engineer.
On July 7, 1992, I was appointed as a Category II Engineer at the multidisciplinary association “Al-Sana.”
On October 15, 1992, I was transferred to the position of Assistant at the Department of Applied Mechanics.
From November 3, 1993, to September 8, 1994, I served as Chairman of the Youth Committee of the Institute.
On September 8, 1994, I became an Assistant at the Department of Machines and Apparatus of Food Production.
On September 1, 1997, I was appointed Category II Engineer at the same department.
On September 1, 1998, I was appointed Lecturer at the Department of Machines and Apparatus of Food Production at Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulaty.
From September 1, 2000, to November 12, 2001, I served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Food and Processing Industries.
On November 12, 2001, I was appointed Head of the Department of Food Engineering.
On September 1, 2005, I was appointed Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Food Engineering.
Since September 1, 2006, I have served as Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Food Technology. In 2008 and 2011, I was elected to this position on a competitive basis.
In 2014 and 2017, I was elected Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Food and Processing Production Technology and Biotechnology, where I worked until February 19, 2025.
From February 2010 to September 2020, I served as Deputy Executive Secretary of the University Admission Committee.
From April 2 to June 26, 2025, I served as Acting Director of the Department for Academic Affairs at Taraz University named after M.Kh. Dulaty.
Since February 20, 2025, I have been serving as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Technology.
On September 11, 1998, I defended my Candidate of Sciences (PhD equivalent) dissertation in the specialty “Processes and Apparatus of Food Production” entitled:
“Investigation of the Grain Cleaning Process by Self-Sorting in Horizontal Annular Channels of a Vibratory Separator with a Kinematically Rigid Drive.”
The results of my research have been published in 75 scientific papers and conference proceedings, including 5 articles indexed in the Scopus database.
For my academic and scientific contributions, I have been awarded Honorary Certificates from the Rector (2017, 2020), Letters of Appreciation (2021, 2024), the Honorary Certificate of the Zhambyl Regional Trade Union of Education and Science Workers (2020), and the M.Kh. Dulaty badge of honor in April 2023 for outstanding achievements in education.
