     2005-2007 Lecturer at the Zhambyl Branch of the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics, Chairperson of the Youth Committee, and Deputy Dean for Educational Work.

     2007-2012 Lecturer and Deputy Dean for Educational Work at the Zhambyl Humanitarian-Technical University.

     2012-2018 Lecturer at Taraz State University named after M. Kh. Dulati.

    2021-2023 Senior Lecturer at Taraz State University named after M. Kh. Dulati.

   2023-2025 Associate Professor in the Department of "History" at Taraz University named after M. Kh. Dulati and Head of the "Center for Professional Development and Retraining."

    2025-2026 Head of the Research Center "Dulati Studies and Regional History."

      A.A. Maksutova's scientific research is dedicated to the life and work of M.Kh. Dulati, the historiography and source studies of the medieval history of Kazakhstan, as well as the study of the region's history through archival documents. Lectures on these topics were delivered to master's and bachelor's students.
     Thanks to her focused and diligent work, Maksutova Albina Abenovna has repeatedly received letters of appreciation from the university. Her work experience spans 22 years.

    2000-2004 bachelor's degree in "History and Geography" from Taraz State University named after M. Kh. Dulati.

   2005-2007 master's degree in "History" from Taraz State Pedagogical Institute.

    2018-2021 loctoral studies (PhD) in "History" from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
