      2000-2009 – Lecturer at the Department of "History of Kazakhstan and Political Science" at Taraz State University named after M.H. Dulati.

      2009-2026 – Senior Lecturer at the Department of "History" at Taraz University named after M.H. Dulati.

     Author of educational and methodological complexes for the disciplines "History of Kazakhstan in the Middle Ages," "The Role of Kazakhstan in the World Community," "History of Turkic Peoples," as well as lecture courses for undergraduate students. Conducts research on the history of the arrival of the Ukrainian ethnos in Kazakhstan.

      Thanks to her focused and diligent work, Akhatova Gulmira Amangeldyevna has repeatedly received letters of appreciation from the university. Total work experience – 33 years.
