Senior lecturer at the Department of "Methodology of Sports disciplines" of M. H. Dulati Taraz University.

In 1998, he was accepted as a lecturer at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture of the M. H. Dulati Taraz State University. 

In 2009, he received an academic degree "Master of Pedagogy" from the Kyrgyz University named after I. Arabaev.

In 2012, he was awarded the jubilee badge in honor of the 45th anniversary of the Taraz State Pedagogical Institute.

In 2017, he was awarded the badge "Best Worker of Physical Culture" of the National Scientific and Practical Center of Physical Culture.

In 2018, the copyright for the sports game "Ush Bas" was obtained.

In 2019, he was awarded the badge "Honorary Professor of Kazakhstan" for outstanding achievements in the field of education and science of the National Innovation Research Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bilim-orkenieti".

In 2020, by the decision of the Presidium of the Association of Teachers of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the badge "S. Altynsarin" for significant contribution to the upbringing of generations and education of the country.

By the decision of the Presidium of the Association of Teachers of Kazakhstan in 2020, he was awarded the badge "The Best Teacher of Kazakhstan" for his significant contribution to the upbringing of generations and the education of the country.
