Professional biography/Education

Abdrakhman Gulnar Qabylqalimqyzy – PhD, Associate Professor, Professor in the Department of Russian Language and Literature at the M.Kh. Dulati Taraz University.

She has been working at M.Kh. Dulati Taraz University since 1989. Her total teaching experience is 42 years. Over the years, she has held the following positions: lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, acting professor, deputy dean for academic affairs of the Faculty of Philology, acting professor of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Faculty of Philology, dean of the Foundation Academic Training Center, and head of the Accreditation and Quality Management System Center. She currently holds the position of professor in the Department of Russian Language and Literature.

Professor Abdrakhman G.K. is the developer of the educational programs: 7M01702 - "Training of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature" and 8D01702 - "Training of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature."

In 2007 and 2020, she was awarded the title of "Best Teacher of the Year."

She teaches core philological courses for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students: Introduction to Linguistics, History of the Russian Literary Language, General Linguistics, Modern Russian Language, Translation Theory and Practice, Linguocultural Analysis of Literary Texts, Criterial Assessment Technologies, Rhetoric, Current Issues in Linguistics, Psycholinguistics, Cognitive Approaches in Modern Linguistics, Linguoconceptology, Functional Approaches in Modern Linguistics, Linguistic Personality and the Objectives of Its Study, the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Corpus Linguistics, and more.

G.K. Abdrakhman is the developer of the massive open online course "Inclusive Education in the Teaching of Russian Language and Literature."

G.K. Abdrakhman is a national expert of the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, participating in the external review process for universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and a member of the Kazakhstan Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (KazPRYAL).

G.K. Abdrakhman - member of the editorial board of the journal "Questions of the Digital Education." Publisher and founder: Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Moscow State Pedagogical University" (http://digitalmpgu.ru/?page_id=75).

The textbook "Criteria-Based Learning Technologies," prepared by Abdrakhman G.K., was recommended for publication by the decision of the Presidium of the Council of the Educational and Methodological Section for the educational program groups "Teacher Training in Languages ​​and Literature" and "Languages ​​and Literature" (Minutes No. 2 of August 24, 2020).

Abdrakhman Gulnar Kabylkalimkyzy is constantly engaged in scientific research, actively participates in scientific conferences, and regularly publishes in foreign and domestic scientific journals recommended by the Committee on Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She regularly improves her qualifications at leading universities and centers in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Turkey, mastering modern methods of inclusive education, corpus linguistics, and digital teaching technologies.

- AR05134840 "Implementation of CLIL technology through subjects in the school education system in the context of the implementation of the trilingualism policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2018-2020). The object of the study is the integrative processes of subject-language learning in the school education system in the context of the implementation of the trilingualism policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- AR08856578 "Multicultural educational space of the Republic of Kazakhstan: history, theory, and design principles" (2020-2022). The goal is to promote the modernization of general education through the modernization of pedagogical education in the most relevant areas – multicultural, linguistic, and social and legal.

- AR09260664 "CLIL policy in the context of continuous education in the Republic of Kazakhstan: an information and communication approach" (2021-2023). The goal is to promote the development of lifelong learning through the development of updated content and teaching and methodological support for subject-language integrated learning (CLIL) in both foreign languages ​​and specialized subjects (natural sciences and humanities) in the context of the computerization of education.

The results of research on multicultural and multilingual education are being implemented in educational institutions in the Zhambyl region, demonstrating the practical value of the author's research.
