From 1995 to 2021, she served as Head of the Department of Russian Language and Literature.
Since 2021 to the present, she has been an Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Literature.
She participated in the 5th and 6th International Conferences on Bilingualism held in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, PRC. She is a member of the Kazakhstan Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (KazPRYAL) and the Central Asian Association for Business Communication.
In 2016, she was Co-Chair of Section No. 8 at the International Scientific Conference “XIV Vinogradov Readings” organized by Moscow City University (Moscow, Russia).
From October 14 to 16, 2022, she chaired Section No. 4, “Innovations in Methods of Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language,” at the conference held at Hunan Normal University (Changsha, PRC).
For several years, she served as Chair of Appeal Commissions during the Unified National Testing (UNT); as a representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Comprehensive Testing (CT); and as a member of the Republican Commission for unscheduled inspections of higher education institutions to ensure compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education.
In March 2014, she participated in the work of the ACQUIN International Expert Commission (Germany) within the framework of accreditation of educational programs of Pavlodar State Pedagogical Institute.
In November 2016, she was a member of the inspection commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan at Karaganda Technical University.
In October 2017, she was invited to take part in the work of the ACQUIN International Expert Commission (Germany) within the framework of accreditation of educational programs of Central Kazakhstan University (Karaganda).
She is a national expert of the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA / NKAOKO, Astana) and a member of the Expert Council for the Humanities.
She has been awarded the “M.Kh. Dulati” badge and an Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1971–1975 – Bachelor’s degree, Faculty of Philology, Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute; Lenin Scholarship holder.
1995 – Defense of the PhD dissertation entitled “Development of Russian Scientific Speech of Kazakh Students (13.00.02)” for the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
2002 – Awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
