Professional biography:
From 2014 to the present, he has been a senior lecturer in the Department of Public and Administrative Law at the M.Kh. Dulati Taraz University.
In 2005, he worked as a notary's assistant in the office of D.I. Kalabayev, a private notary in the Zhambyl Notary District.
From 2005 to 2008, he was a lecturer in the Department of Public and Criminal Law at the Taraz Institute of the A. Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.
From 2006 to 2008, he served as Deputy Dean for Educational Work at the Faculty of Law at the Taraz Institute of the A. Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.
From 2008 to 2012, he worked as a senior lecturer in the Department of Jurisprudence at the Taraz Innovative and Humanitarian University.
From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a senior lecturer in the Department of World History, Economics, and Law at Taraz State Pedagogical University.
From 2012 to 2013, he served as Deputy Dean for Educational Work at the Faculty of History and Geography at Taraz State Pedagogical University.
From 2013 to 2024, he was a lecturer at the Zhambyl branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (a center for retraining civil servants).
From 2014 to 2021, he worked as a lawyer for the Zhastar-zertteu NGO.
From 2019 to 2021, he was the chief specialist of the project (anti-corruption) front office "Sanaly urpaq" at Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati.
Since 2020, he has been a member of the Union of Lawyers of Kazakhstan.
From 2021 to 2022, he was a member of the Chamber of Legal Advisers of the Zhambyl Region.
Since 2024, he has been a member of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Legal Advisers.
Education:
From 1998 to 2003, he studied at the M.Kh. Dulati Taraz State University, majoring in Jurisprudence (state-funded), and earned a law degree.
From 2011 to 2013, he studied at the Taraz Innovation and Humanitarian University in the 6M030100 Jurisprudence program, specializing in scientific and pedagogical studies, and earned a Master of Laws degree.
In 2017, he completed a full 72-hour course in Administrative Law at the Institute for Advanced Training and Continuing Education of University Teachers at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Almaty) and completed the required curriculum and research work. He was awarded a certificate.
From 2019 to 2022, he studied at the International University of Kyrgyzstan in the PhD program in Jurisprudence, and is a doctoral candidate.
In 2023, he completed a full 72-hour course on "Financial Law" for university lecturers at the Institute for Advanced Training and Continuing Education of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Almaty) and received a certificate.
In 2024, he successfully completed a 72-hour advanced training course on "Constitutional Law and the Constitutional Status and Activities of Executive Authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan" at the Center for Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel at the AL'KA Training Center (Almaty) and received a certificate.
