From 2012 to 2014, worked as a lecturer at the Department of "Biology and Teaching Methods" of Taraz State Pedagogical Institute.

In 2014–2015, served as the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Taraz State Pedagogical Institute.

In 2017, completed an internship at Moscow City Pedagogical University.

In 2019–2021, served as the Head of the Department of Biology.

In 2022, she upgraded her qualifications at the Pedagogical Mastery Center of NIS (National Intellectual Schools).
