Professional Biography
In 1997, she worked as a leading specialist in the department of registration and re-registration of legal entities at the Justice Department of Zhambyl region, and then as a senior specialist in the Civil Registry Office (ZAGS) of the city of Taraz.
Since 1998, she has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure.
Her research interests include criminal law, criminology, and criminal-executive law. The topic of her doctoral dissertation is “The Terrorist Personality and Terrorism Prevention in Places of Imprisonment” (2023).
She is the author of over 50 scientific articles and 5 textbooks.
She has 28 years of experience in scientific and teaching activities.
In recent years, she has been researching the effectiveness of measures taken to counter terrorism and extremism and assessing the effectiveness of these norms.
Awards: Letter of Appreciation from the Minister of Education (2023), Letter of Appreciation from the Justice Department of Zhambyl region (2018).

Education
In 1983, she entered Secondary School No. 13 in Merke district and graduated with honors from Secondary School No. 1 in the village of Merke in 1993.
From 1993 to 1997, she studied at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where she received a law degree.
In 2004, she completed her Master’s degree in Law at the Faculty of Law of Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati.
In 2023, she obtained a PhD degree in the professional field of “Law” through the doctoral program in “Criminology” at the Free University of Varna, Republic of Bulgaria.
