In 1993, I was appointed as a lecturer in the Department of Kazakh Language at Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute, and to this day, I serve as an Associate Professor in the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature at Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulaty.
From September 1, 2008, to September 1, 2009, I held the position of Head of the Department of Kazakh Language at the Taraz Institute under H.A. Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University on a competitive basis.
On September 1, 2009, I became Head of the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature at the Taraz Innovative Humanitarian University on a competitive basis.
On September 1, 2010, I was appointed Head of the Department of Kazakh Language at the Taraz State Pedagogical Institute on a competitive basis.
From 2018 to 2019, I served as the Director of the Postgraduate Education Center at Taraz State University.
I have completed professional development courses at the Pedagogical Mastery Center (PMC) in Astana at levels I, II, and III and am a certified trainer. I received the “International Trainer” validation award in cooperation with the Cambridge International Examinations Council.
In 2015, through the “Orleu” Professional Development Center, I improved my qualifications at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain.

EDUCATION
1988–1993 — Graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a qualification as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature.
In 1998, I entered the postgraduate program in Kazakh language at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (code 10.02.02) and in 2004 defended my dissertation on “The Linguistic Structure of the Author’s Image in Artistic Prose,” earning the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences.
