Associate Professor in the Department of Finance and Accounting.
From 1999 to 2004, she worked as a lecturer in the Department of Finance and Credit at TarSU.
From 2004 to 2010, she was a lecturer and, after defending her thesis, an associate professor in the Department of Accounting and Auditing at KazATC.
From 2010 to 2025, she was an associate professor and associate professor in the Department of Finance and Accounting at TarSU.
In 2014-2015, she completed an internship at Lermontov Moscow State University (Russia) under the Bolashak international program.
Santay Azizbekovna Tleubayeva also completed a research internship from March 4, 2024, to February 5, 2025, under the Bolashak international program, part of the "500 Scientists" project (University of Reading, UK), in the field of "Educational Management." She received excellent feedback from the project's leaders.
She conducts research in economics, accounting, auditing, analysis, and finance.
She has developed lecture courses for master's and bachelor's degree students. She has over 25 years of experience.
She is the recipient of the "Best Candidate of Sciences-2019" medal, the "Honorary Teacher of Kazakhstan" medal, the "Honorary Professor of Kazakhstan" medal, and the M.Kh. Dulati "Uzdik Tabystary Ushіn" medal.
