Since 1994, he has been working as a teacher at the Kyzylorda Institute of Agricultural Engineers, Department of Economics and Accounting.

Since 1996, she has worked as a lecturer at Zhambyl University, at the Department of Marketing and Labor Sociology.

Since 1998, he has been teaching as a senior lecturer at the M.H. Dulati Taraz State University, Department of Labor Economics and Sociology.

In 1988-1992, he graduated from the Kazakh State University of Economics, qualified as an economist.
