From 2004 to 2008, she worked as a senior lecturer at the K.A. Yassaui Kazakh-Turkish University in the Department of Sports and Military Disciplines.

In 2008, she worked as a senior lecturer in the Department of Sports and Military Disciplines at the Taraz Innovation and Humanitarian University.

From 2009 to 2012, she served as Deputy Dean for Educational Work in the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Humanities.

In 2012, she continued her work as a senior lecturer in the Physical Education Department at M.Kh. Dulati Taraz State University.

In January 2022, he became Deputy Dean for Educational Work at the Faculty of Arts and Sports.

In 2023, he became Deputy Dean for Research at the Faculty of Physical Education and Military Disciplines.
