2004–2006 — Physical Education teacher, Secondary School No. 26 named after Abay.

2006–2012 — Physical Education teacher, Secondary School No. 47.

2012 — Lecturer, Department of Physical Culture and Sports, M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

2013 — Lecturer, Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sports, M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

Since 2014 — Senior Lecturer, Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sports.

12.05.2017 – 02.09.2017 — Acting Head of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sports.

2004–2017 — Coach, Zhambyl Regional Karate-do “Shotokan” Federation.

Since April 2023 — Head of the Department of Theory of Physical Culture and Sports, M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz University (competitive selection).

Since 2012 — Director of the Zhambyl Regional Branch of the National Karate-do “Shotokan” Federation of Kazakhstan.

2019–2021 — President, Zhambyl Regional Federation of Martial Arts (Hand-to-Hand Combat).

Since 2022 — Vice-President, National Karate-do Shotokan Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Highest Sports Mastery category).

Sports Achievements:

Multiple-time Champion of Kazakhstan in Karate-do Shotokan.

Winner of the Central Asia Championship. Black Belt, 3rd Dan.

Silver medalist at the 2022 World Championship. Trained 20 athletes for the National Team of Kazakhstan; 19 athletes received the title of Master of Sports of RK.

4 students became World Champions; 6 students won medals at the World Karate-do Shotokan Championships.

Additional Achievements:

Awards: Letters of appreciation from the Akim of Zhambyl Region, Ministry of Tourism and Sports of RK, Minister of Education and Science of RK, Rector of M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz University, Minister of Culture and Sports of RK, Chairman of the All-Kazakhstan Hand-to-Hand Combat Association; Medal “Batyr Shapagat” (02.04.2022, decision of the Kazakhstan Veterans Council).
