In 1991, she was appointed Assistant at the Department of Economic Theory of the Zhambyl Hydromelioration and Construction Institute, Taraz.

From 1991 to 1995 – Lecturer at the Department of Economic Theory of the Zhambyl Hydromelioration and Construction Institute;

From 1995 to 1998 – Lecturer at the Department of Law, M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University;

From 1998 to 2001 – Director of the Taraz branch of KIPMO (Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations);

In 2001, she was appointed Head of the Department of Management and Law at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University;

From 2002 to 2010 – Head of the Department of State and Legal Disciplines at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University;

From 2010 to 2013 – Director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Professional Development at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University;

From 2013 to 2018 – Dean of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University;
