In 2004, he graduated from Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati with a degree in Engineering and Technology, as well as a military degree.

His second higher education institution was Taraz State Pedagogical University, where he received a diploma in Physical Education and Sports in 2016.

In 2023, he graduated from Zh.A. Tashenov University in Shymkent with a degree in Pedagogy and Psychology. He is a reserve captain. Since 2013, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of "Initial Military Training". From 2013 to 2020, he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Initial Military Training and as a technical secretary in the admissions committee of Taraz State Pedagogical University. From 2020 to 2024, he worked as a technical secretary in the admissions committee of the Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulati. In 2018-2019, he worked as the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Arts and Culture. From 2020 to 2024, he was a senior lecturer at the Department of Initial Military Training of the Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulati.

Received a certificate of honor from the Taraz city administration on the occasion of the Republic Day on October 25.
