In 2001, worked as a psychologist at the B. Momyshuly Kazakh Classical Gymnasium in Taraz. In the same year, was appointed as a lecturer of psychological disciplines at the Department of Social Sciences of the Central Asian University. From 2002 to 2009, served as a lecturer of psychological disciplines and later as a Master’s degree holder and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences of the Taraz branch of the Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. Between 2008 and 2010, was enrolled as an external doctoral applicant at Taraz Pedagogical Institute in the specialty 13.00.01 – General Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy and Education, Ethnopedagogy. From 2010 to 2014, worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Taraz Innovative Humanitarian University. Since the 2014–2015 academic year, has been employed as a Master’s degree holder and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Psychology of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University. Throughout professional activity, has been engaged in educational, instructional-methodological, and research work in the fields of pedagogy and psychology. Currently holds the position of Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Psychology. Has publications in journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education, as well as research articles published in the proceedings of international and national scientific and practical conferences. Provided academic supervision to undergraduate and graduate students participating in national academic Olympiads, achieving prize-winning results.

Total academic experience in higher education institutions amounts to 25 years.                                                         Author of several psychological and pedagogical teaching and methodological manuals.
