Annually conducts courses as part of the project for developing a special course “Foundations of Inclusive Education” for university faculty in Kazakhstan, covering topics such as Inclusive Education Technologies, Global Competence, Organization of Practical Psychology in the Education System, Psychosomatics and Body Psychotherapy: Theory and Practice, and Pedagogical-Correctional Work Technologies in Special (Correctional) and Boarding Institutions. Continuously improves professional qualifications by participating in seminars and training on inclusive education.

Completed advanced training at Arel University (Istanbul, Turkey) and Saint Petersburg State University (Russia).
