In 1994, worked as a laboratory assistant at the Department of Constructive Machines.
In 1998, worked as a training мастер (instructional technician) at the Department of Constructive Machines.
In 2004, served as a lecturer at the Department of Sociology and Political Science.
In 2005, promoted to Senior Lecturer at the Department of Sociology and Political Science.
In 2006, served as Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and General Philology.
In 2009, served as Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology.
Since 2015 to the present, has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Psychology of the University.
