2008–2010 – Worked as Head of the Academic Affairs Service of the Center for Distance Educational Technologies of Institutions in Taraz.

2011–2012 – Worked as Director of the Taraz College of Technology and Business.

2012–2013 – Worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Audit of the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics.

Since 2014 – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Service at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

Engaged in issues of regional tourism development. Has more than 30 years of experience in the field of education. Awarded a Letter of Appreciation by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for significant contribution to the development of science and higher education, as well as for fruitful professional activity and substantial work in educating the younger generation.
