1995 – Appointed as a trainee lecturer at the Department of Economics, Zhambyl Hydromelioration and Construction Institute.
1996 – Appointed as an Assistant at the Department of Economics, Zhambyl Hydromelioration and Construction Institute.
2004 – Transferred to the position of Lecturer at the Department of Economics, M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University.
2005 – Transferred to the position of Senior Lecturer at the Department of Sectoral Economics, M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University.
Since 2011 to the present – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Service, M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.
From November 14 to 26, 2022 – Completed a full 72-hour advanced training course for university faculty at the Institute of Advanced Training and Additional Education of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on “Tourism and Hospitality Industry” (Certificate No. 9532).
From April 9 to April 22, 2024, and from April 16 to April 29, 2025 – Delivered a 72-hour professional development course for the university’s academic staff entitled “Professional Ethics in the Hospitality Industry.”

Has more than 30 years of experience in the field of education. Awarded an Honorary Certificate by the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of Zhambyl Region, as well as letters of appreciation from M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University.
