Toqzhan Abilkassymkyzy was born on September 27, 1995, and has a higher education degree.

In 2017, she graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in “Tourism,” obtaining a Bachelor’s qualification in the service sector.

She began her professional career in 2021 at the Tourism Department of the Zhambyl Region Akimat as a secretary. Since May 2021, she has been transferred to the position of statistician at the Tourism Department.

Since 2025, she has been working as a lecturer at the Department of “Tourism and Service” to the present day.
