Professional biography
He has more than 42 years of scientific and pedagogical experience at the university, he has been working since 1984: as a senior engineer in the design bureau of the SKB, OPKB, a researcher. From 1992 to 1998, he worked as a senior lecturer, associate professor at the Department of Applied Mechanics of the ZhTILPP. From 1998 to 2006, he worked as an associate professor at the departments of Machine Design, Technological Machines and Equipment at TarSU named after M.Kh. Dulati.
2006-2016 worked as an associate professor at the departments at the IKTU named after H.A. Yassawi and TISU. 2016-2024 at TarGPU.Since 2024 at the Taraz University named after M.Kh. Dulati.
The main stages of work in TarRU named after M.Kh. Dulati, IKTU named after H.A. Yassawi and TISU are associated with scientific and pedagogical activities. Scientific developments have been implemented at food and grain processing enterprises such as the Production Association "Makhmadov Product", JSC "Ak-Bidai", JSC "Altyn-Dan", farm "Taukebayeva S.S." He is the head of the research laboratory "Innovative equipment and technology of singing processing and drying of grain products".
1989-1993 – Participated in the development of the project and in the implementation of research work together with the Central Research Institute for the Design of Industrial Enterprises for the Production of Grain Products of the Russian Federation, Moscow.
In 2012, as a highly qualified specialist with deep professional knowledge in the field of the agro-industrial complex, as well as achievements in scientific and scientific-pedagogical activities, the Presidium of the Regional Academy of Management awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Management. In the same year, he was elected a corresponding member of the Regional Academy of Management.
In 2015, he was awarded the F. Taylor Gold Medal "For Merits in the Development of Managerial Thought", in 2019 he was awarded the A. Baitursynov Gold Medal from the Association of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
