     From 1987 to 1998,  held the position of Deputy director for educational work at the Buryl secondary school in the Bayzak district of the Zhambyl region.

    In 1998, successfully defended her PhD thesis on the topic "Pedagogical foundations of environmental education and education of secondary school students during extracurricular activities in the field of environmental protection", received the scientific degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences in the specialty 13.00.01 - General Pedagogy.

    In 1998, she was accepted as a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy of the M.H. Dulaty Taraz State University.

   From 1999 to 2002, he served as the director of the 40th Anniversary of Kazakhstan Secondary School in Sarykemer village, Bayzak district, Zhambyl region.

   I n 2004, I was awarded the academic title of Associate professor (associate professor) in the specialty of pedagogy.

  In 2009, successfully defended doctoral dissertation on the topic "Scientific and theoretical foundations of teacher readiness for innovation" in the specialty 13.00.01 – General Pedagogy and was awarded the scientific degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences.

   In 2010-2012,  headed the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education.

   In 2012-2013,  held the position of Head of the Department of Preschool Education and Pedagogy.

   From 2013 to 2021, headed the Department of Management in Education.

   From 2021 to 2025, headed the Department of Pedagogy.

   In 2009-2010, held the position of Head of the Science Department.

   On April 23, 2010, I was accepted as a corresponding member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan.

  In 2015, I was elected an academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan.

  In 2020,I was elected an academician of the International Academy of Informatization.

   45 scientific papers have received certificates of entry into the state register of copyrighted objects. The Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan has issued copyright certificates.

I am the author of more than 400 scientific papers, including: 10 monographs, 15 textbooks issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 7 electronic textbooks and teaching aids.
