From 1994 to 1997, she began her pedagogical career at the Zhambyl State Pedagogical Institute. Since 1998, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogical Psychology at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

Her research interests focus on educational psychology and the psychology of professional activity. She has developed lecture courses for undergraduate students in developmental psychology and methods of teaching psychological and pedagogical disciplines.
She has over 30 years of professional experience.
She has been awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
