From 1983 to 2000, she worked in the Sarysu district at Vocational School SPU-124 (village Baykadam). In 2000, she worked at Secondary School No. 36 in the city of Taraz. Since 2007, she has been working as a senior lecturer in the Department of Pedagogical Psychology at Taraz University named after M. Kh. Dulati.

She is engaged in scientific research in the fields of educational psychology and psychology of professional activity. She has developed lecture courses for undergraduate students in the following subjects:

Psychology of Gifted Children

Social Pedagogy and Psychology

as well as in the methodology of teaching psycho-pedagogical disciplines.

Her total teaching experience exceeds 41 years. Her scientific and pedagogical experience is 19 years.

By the decision of the pedagogical community, she was awarded the badge “Excellence in Education” for her significant contribution to the development of the education sector.

She was also awarded an Honorary Certificate by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
