Over the past 5 years, she has improved her professional qualifications in scientific and methodological issues in the field of pedagogy and psychology (Dubai, Istanbul, Astana, Almaty, Taraz, etc.), has more than 30 certificates. In 2023, she participated in the international internship "Bullying-prevention strategies: ways to promote an anti-bullying school climate", an international scientific, practical, pedagogical seminar "Education of the Future: Innovative technologies and Smart Learning". 2019-2025 the official reviewer of dissertations prepared for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), and a temporary member of the dissertation councils (S.Toraigyrov PSU, Abai KazNPU, I.Zhansugurov ZHU).

Since 2016, he has been the head of the Zhambyl regional branch of the NGO "Kazakh Psychological Society". He actively participates in the work of regional competition commissions ("Aulieata umiti", "Festival of Pedagogical Ideas", "The best psychologist of the Year", "The best author's program"). 2017-2020 scientific leadership of the winners of the Republican Subject Olympiad, who received diplomas of II-III degrees in the educational program "Pedagogy and Psychology".

Conducts research work on the issues of personal self-improvement, digital competence, media communication, and the formation of students' learning skills. Educational and methodological complexes on psychological and pedagogical disciplines (master's degree, bachelor's degree) have been developed. She was awarded honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Rector of the M.H.Dulati Taraz University. Holder of the title "Best University Teacher" (2022); badges of the Union of Teachers of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Teacher of the Year" (2023); "Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2017).
