Associate Professor of the Department of Educational Psychology.

She began her professional career in 1988 at the Dzhambul Pedagogical Institute named after the 50th Anniversary of the October Revolution, which was later reorganized into M.Kh. DulatyTaraz University, where she continues her professional activity to the present day.

1994–1995 – Academic Secretary of the Institute.

1997–2001 – Academic Secretary of the Dissertation Council in specialty 13.00.01 – Pedagogy. History of Pedagogy. Ethnopedagogy.

Within the framework of the international program “Visiting Professor”, she worked at Baranovichi State University, Republic of Belarus.

She conducts research in the fields of pedagogy and psychology, focusing in particular on issues of family upbringing, development of children’s abilities and creativity, work with children with special educational needs, bullying, and related topics.

She has more than 300 scientific publications in journals indexed in KOKSNVO, RSCI (RINTS), as well as in national and international journals and proceedings of international conferences. She is the author of more than 10 textbooks and teaching/learning manuals.

She supervises master’s theses and undergraduate diploma projects. She serves as an official opponent for doctoral dissertations and participates in the work of Dissertation Councils as a visiting member.

She has extensive experience as an expert in conducting specialized accreditation. Total professional experience: 40 years.

She has been awarded the jubilee medal “45th Anniversary of Taraz State Pedagogical Institute” (2012), the jubilee medal “50th Anniversary of Taraz State Pedagogical Institute” (2016), the A. Baitursynov Gold Medal, the medal “Teacher of the Year of Kazakhstan – 2020”, the Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science signed by A.Aimaganbetov (2023), and the M.Kh. DulatyMedal(2024).
