He started his career on November 5, 1993 at the Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute and, in connection with the unification of educational institutions, he is working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Pedagogical Psychology at M. H. Dulati Taraz University until 2026.

Author of two textbooks:

1. «Psychological counseling» (7 ps) – Taraz, 2022. ISBN 978-9965-37-221-6.
2. «Fundamentals of psychology» (9.31 ps) – Taraz, 2023. ISBN 978-9965-37-472-2

More than 110 scientific articles have been published in scientific journals.

 Work experience in the university is 33 years,

   He is engaged in research activities in the areas of psychological counseling, psychological support for parents and children in the family.

   In 2022-2025, he participated in the work of the commissions of the regional competitions "Aulieata umiti", «Festival of Pedagogical Ideas», «The best psychologist of the Year»,  «The best author's program».
