Since September 1994, I worked at the Zhambyl College of Culture and Arts, in the Department of Folk Instruments, studying the dombra, and worked there until 2002. Since September 2002, I taught music subjects "Primary Education" and "Preschool Specialties" in the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Taraz Institute in the city.
Taraz, after which in 2004 he opened the Bolashak College in this educational institution, specializing in Music Education, taught methodology, etc. In 2002-2004, he received a second diploma of higher education in the specialty Primary Education. (Dombra teacher from 2001 until this year, due to employment as a support worker at a school)In September 2011, he was hired through a competition at the Taraz State Pedagogical Institute and the newly opened College of Culture and Arts, where he worked as the head of the Music Education Department and as a dombra teacher. In accordance with the legislation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2013, in connection with the merger of this college with the Abai College, since September of this year I have been taking part in a competition for the department. "Musical Education" at the Taraz State Pedagogical Institute, and I continue to work there to this day. From 2001 to 2013, in 2015, 2016, and 2017 in Astana, Almaty, Aktobe, Pavlodar, Kyzylorda, Shymkent, and Taraz, City, regional, and national open lessons on "New Innovative Ways of Teaching Music in General Education Schools" were held in Ust-Kamenogorsk and Astana. The courses were held at the professional development institutions of the Zhambyl Regional Education Department and the City Education Department. Since 2007, I have been a music teacher of the highest category, and I defended this category again in 2013, 2018, and 2021. Many graduates work in foreign, national, regional, city, and general education schools, music schools, community centers, and elsewhere.
