Since 1991, having begun her career at the Department of Music and Choral Conducting at Taraz State Pedagogical Institute, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Music and Art Education at Taraz State University named after M.H. Dulati to the present day.
She is the author of over 60 scientific articles, educational and methodological manuals, methodological guidelines, and lecture collections.
She teaches the following disciplines: "History and Theory of Music Education," "Methods of Teaching Music," "Primary Musical Instrument – Bayan," and "Youth Musical Leisure."
From 1999 to 2009, she held the position of Deputy Dean for Educational Work in the faculties of "Pedagogy" and "Creative Specialties" of the institute.
From 2010 to 2022, she was the Chairperson of the Educational and Methodological Bureau and the Quality Assurance Commission for the faculties of "Creative Specialties" and "Art and Sport."
In 2017, she received a letter of appreciation for preparing a student for the IX Republican Subject Olympiad in the discipline "Methods of Teaching Music" for the specialty 5В010600 "Music Education," held at Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov in Taldykorgan, where the student took 2nd place.
In 2019, she was awarded the title of "Best Educator" in the field of higher and postgraduate education.
In 2019, she was awarded the diploma "Best Methodologist-2019."
In 2021, she received a letter of appreciation for the professional preparation of a student for the XIII Republican Subject Olympiad in the discipline "Methods of Teaching Music" for the specialty 6В010600 "Music Education," held at the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, where the student took 2nd place.
In 2024, she received a letter of appreciation for the professional preparation of a laureate of the XVI Republican Subject Olympiad among university students of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the educational program 6В01406 "Music Education." Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, 3rd place.
