P.S. Kunenova is a specialist in cultural and leisure activities and stage language, holding a Master’s degree in Pedagogy, and is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Culture and Arts, M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

From 1987 to 1990, she completed professional training as an actress at the A. Tokpanov Regional Kazakh Drama Theatre.

Since 1990, she has been working at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University in the field of cultural and leisure activities.

Since 2010, she has served as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Culture and Arts at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

1999–2002 – Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology, M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University.

In the framework of her research activities, she is the author of several scientific articles on cultural and leisure activities and the organization of youth leisure time.

She is a member of the Zhambyl Regional Branch of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, a member of the Kazakh Cultural Center “Äulie Ata”, and the Chairperson of the Mothers’ Council. She has been repeatedly awarded honorary diplomas and letters of appreciation from the Akim of the region.

In 2020, she was awarded a commemorative medal in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, established by Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev.
In 2025, she was awarded a commemorative medal in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, presented by President K.K. Tokayev.
