M.K. Rustembekov is a specialist in cultural and leisure activities and a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Culture and Arts of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

Since September 2012, he has worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Cultural and Leisure Activities and Choreography of Taraz State Pedagogical Institute.

Since 2022, he has continued his teaching career as a Senior Lecturer at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

1.At the IX Republican Subject Olympiad of students of higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan (M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University), the “Shamshyraq” team was awarded a diploma and a certificate.

2.In the specialty Cultural and Leisure Activities,” at the XI Republican Student Subject Olympiad held at M.O. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University (Shymkent), was awarded a 3rd-degree diploma and a letter of appreciation.

3.Awarded the medal “Best Teacher in Higher Professional Education” by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
By decision of the Award Commission of the Republican Council for Public Awards (Order No. 24, dated May 4, 2023), awarded the medal “Figure of Kazakh Culture.”

4.In 2023, awarded the badge “Excellence in Culture and Arts” and the badge “Best Specialist of the Year of the Republic of Kazakhstan” by the National Innovation Research Center “BILIM-ORKENIETI” (Astana).

5.In 2024, became the winner of the national competition “Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” held within the framework of promoting the Address of the Head of State K.K. Tokayev “A Just Kazakhstan.”

6.For contribution to the development of culture and arts and for exemplary professional service, was again awarded the badge “Best Specialist of the Year of the Republic of Kazakhstan” by the National Innovation Research Center “BILIM-ORKENIETI.”

7.In 2024, participated in the international forum “Unity of the Turkic Peoples” (Astana), received a First-Degree Diploma, and was recognized as the winner in the nomination “Golden Star of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

8.In 2019, participated in the International Congress of Human and Social Sciences Researches held on October 4–6 at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University (Türkiye).
