Khadiya Ergashevna Karamatullaeva — Specialist in choreography, Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Lecturer at the Department of “Culture and Art” of Taraz University named after M.H. Dulati.
She began her teaching career in 2002 at Taraz University named after M.H. Dulati.
Creative Activity:
She is the head of the choreographic ensemble “Tomiris,” whose students have achieved significant accomplishments:
2008 — Gold Medal at the IV Republican Youth Delphic Games (Taraz).
2014 — Grand Prix in the “Choreography” category at the III Republican Contest “Constellation of Talents” (Taraz).
2015 — Diploma from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the International Contest-Festival “Roads of Victory” (Astana).
Student Preparation for Choreography Olympiads:
Student S. Tokzhigitova — 3rd place at the Republican Student Olympiad in the discipline “Theory and Methods of Teaching Folk-Stage Dance” (Almaty, 2017).
The “Tomiris” team — 3rd place at the Republican Olympiad among university students (Nur-Sultan, 2021).
Pedagogical and Organizational Activity:
2015–2018 — Head of the Department of “Cultural and Leisure Work and Choreography,” Faculty of Arts and Culture, Taraz State Pedagogical Institute.
Conducts lectures and practical classes for undergraduate students.

Studies issues in choreographic education.
Develops teaching materials and practical courses for undergraduate students.
Presents at international conferences and forums, including a report titled “The Role of the ‘Naz’ Dance Theater in Kazakhstan” (2024, Astana).
