Utepova A. K. is a specialist in cultural and leisure activities and directing, holding a Master’s degree in Pedagogy, and is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Culture and Arts of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.
In 2006–2007, she completed a professional internship in Almaty as a reporter at the information bureau of the TV and Radio Complex “Channel 31.”
From 2010 to 2012, she worked as a methodologist at the House of Culture of Bayzak District, Zhambyl Region.
Since 2012, she has been engaged in teaching at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.
In the educational process, she conducts lectures and practical classes for undergraduate students.
Her research focuses on cultural and leisure activities, youth leisure organization, cultural service, and socialization processes.
In 2024, she completed a research internship at Gelisim University (Istanbul, Turkey). She conducts joint research with an international scientific advisor, PhD Dr. Kamil Kaya. She carries out scientific studies in the fields of cultural and leisure activities, youth leisure organization, cultural service, and socialization. She develops and implements educational and methodological materials and practical courses for undergraduate programs. She has extensive experience in teaching and research.

In 2025, she successfully completed her doctoral studies at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.
