Professional biography/Education

Suranshiyeva Rymkul Kosshygulovna is a specialist in cultural and leisure activities, Master of Pedagogy, and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Culture and Arts of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

From 2003 to 2013, she worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Multidisciplinary College of Taraz State University and also served as Head of the Department of Social Sciences.
Since 2013, she has been continuing her pedagogical work at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

In the educational process, she delivers lectures and practical classes for undergraduate students. Her research and teaching activities focus on cultural and leisure activities, youth free-time organization, artistic-pedagogical technologies, cultural service, and socialization processes.

She began her pedagogical career in 1988 as an organizer-methodologist at the Lenker City House of Culture, Tolebi District, South Kazakhstan Region.
From 1992 to 2002, she worked as a lecturer at the Maktaaral Agricultural College.

Education:

1984–1988 — Al-Farabi Institute of Culture

2013–2015 — Master’s degree in Pedagogy,
Kyrgyz State University named after A. Arabaev
(Qualification — Master of Pedagogy)

For her long-term dedicated work, she was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Rector (2008) and the Medal “Cultural Figure of Kazakhstan” (2021, Certificate No. M-203).
