A.E. Moldazimova is a specialist in cultural and leisure activities and pedagogy, holding a Master’s degree in Pedagogy, and is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Culture and Arts, M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

From 1987 to 1990, she worked as an organizer-methodologist at the Lugoy District House of Culture, Zhambyl Region.

From 1995 to 1999, she held the position of organizer-teacher at the Regional Children’s School named after G. Muratbaev, Shymkent.

From 2000 to 2010, she was a teacher of Singing and Music at the B. Bespaev School, Zhambyl District, Zhambyl Region.

Since 2011, she has been engaged in teaching activities at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University, delivering lectures and practical classes for undergraduate students.

In her research activities, she studies issues related to cultural and leisure work, organization of youth leisure time, cultural services, and socialization processes.

1984–1986 — Zhambyl College of Culture and Enlightenment.

1990–1995 — Al-Farabi Pedagogical Cultural Institute, specialization: Cultural Worker, Head of a Theatre Ensemble.

2012–2016 — Master’s program in Pedagogy, qualification: Master of Pedagogy, J. Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University.

1.3rd place and a Letter of Appreciation at the XV Republican Student Subject Olympiad “New Kazakhstan – New Impulse!” held in 2023 at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University for Girls, within the educational program 6B11102 – Cultural and Leisure Activities. (Almaty)

2.Member of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, member of the Union of Theatre Workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, awarded with letters of appreciation and honors from the university rector.
