Saulebayeva A.A. is a specialist in the field of cultural and leisure activities and music education,
Master of Pedagogy, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Culture and Art,
Taraz University named after M.Kh. Dulaty.

From 2004 to 2006, she worked as a music teacher at Secondary School No. 13 named after M. Gorky in the city of Taraz.
From 2007 to 2010, she worked as a music teacher at Secondary School named after A. Aitieva in the Sulutor rural district.

Since 2010, she has been engaged in teaching activities at Taraz University named after M.Kh. Dulaty. Within the educational process, she conducts lectures and practical classes for undergraduate students.

Within the framework of her research activities, she studies issues of cultural and leisure work, the functions of music in leisure, social impact, forms of audience engagement, as well as musical and pedagogical technologies in cultural and leisure activities.

She is a two-time winner of the university competition held within the inter-university multimedia contest (nomination “Best Flipchart”).
