In 1994, she was appointed as a training master at the Department of “Technology of Garment Products” of M.H. Dulaty Taraz State University.
In 1995, she transferred to the position of assistant at the same department.

In 1995, she transferred to the position of lecturer at the Department of “Technology of Garment Products”.

Since 2009, she has served as Associate Professor (acting) at the Department of “Technology and Construction of Light Industry Products and Design”, M.H. Dulaty Taraz State University.
