1978 – Present: Junior Researcher, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor (Docent), Head of Department, and Professor at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz Regional University (formerly Zhambyl Technological Institute).

Professional Development: Completed advanced training at Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania), Moscow State University of Design and Technology (Russia), and Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry (Uzbekistan).

1972 – 1977: Degree in Process Engineering, Zhambyl Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry .

1982 – 1986: Postgraduate Studies (Aspirantura), specialty "05.19.06 – Technology of Footwear, Leather, and Haberdashery Products," Moscow Technological Institute of Light Industry (Order of the Red Banner of Labour).
